Black Out Party

Katie has been talking about going to Club Marcella since I started talking to her and I had always wanted to go there as a result. Last night, I finally had the opportunity to visit it and I think I chose a pretty freaking good night to go. Unknown to Katie, Josh, and the rest of whoever was with us, Marcella's was throwing its first annual "Black Out Party," which, according to the Club Marcella website, attracted 400 hot, sweaty, groping people to its pitch-black dance floor.

I seriously don't think I've ever had that much fun in my life. For ONCE, I could listen to really loud, hard-core techno music and go crazy without being screw-faced by some wannabe music-eletist. Accompanied by the light of our glow-sticks, we partied there for about an hour and a half, not nearly long enough. By the time it was 3:30 and time to go, I had stripped off two layers and all other remaining layers were completely soaked-through with sweat. It was pretty awesome.
